GRESON E. TUCK. Mr. Tuck’s legal practice places special emphasis on community bank mergers and acquisitions, bank holding company formations, mutual holding company formations, bank regulatory matters, general corporate law, and corporate taxation. His main area of practice is community bank mergers and acquisitions.
