Mr. Craig's practice is focused in the areas of corporate and personal taxation, corporate business organizations, banking, qualified retirement plans, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, employee benefits, executive compensation, employment agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. Mr. Craig obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, his law degree from the University of Mississippi and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova University. Mr. Craig is a member of the American, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Association. |
